Thursday, June 25
Let’s kick off the weekend together!
Join us for a two-hour boat cruise around Lake Coeur d’Alene.
BOARDING WINDOW: 6:00-6:25 PM
LOCATION: Coeur d’Alene Resort | Boardwalk Marina - Click HERE for directions to exact boarding location. Look for the “Osprey” boat.
DEPARTURE: 6:30 PM (Boat will depart promptly and on time)
CRUISE INFORMATION: 6:30-8:30 PM | Hosted bar and light bites will be provided.
DRESS CODE: Cocktail Attire
ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Evenings on the lake can be cool — we recommend bringing a light layer.
This is a large, stable cruise boat, and the ride is typically very smooth.
Friday, June 26
The BIG Day. Watch us say “I Do” followed by dinner, drinks and dancing.
Below you’ll find everything you need to know for our wedding day — including transportation to and from the venue, the schedule, dress code, and details for our unplugged celebration.
WEDDING VENUE: Hagadone Event Center | 900 S. Floating Green Dr. Coeur d’Alene, ID 83814
CEREMONY TRANSPORTATION:
We are excited to provide cruise boat transportation to the venue on the wedding day - it’s a part of the experience! While the venue is part of the Coeur d’Alene Resort, it is not within walking distance.
Guests are encouraged to arrive via the cruise boat. If you miss the boat, prefer to drive, or plan to use Uber or Lyft, parking is available at the venue.
Please note: there is a security gate to enter this part of the property. Guests arriving by car will be asked to provide their name at the gate, so please allow extra time if you are not arriving by boat.
BOARDING: 2:30 PM-3:00 PM
DEPARTURE: Promptly at 3:00 PM (Enjoy the views on this short 20 minute boat ride to the venue)
ARRIVAL & CEREMONY: We kindly ask that all guests arrive at the venue by 3:40 PM | Ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM
RECEPTION: Dinner, drinks and dancing to follow until 10:30 PM
DRESS CODE: Formal Attire | Elegant evening wedding guest attire
AN UNPLUGGED CELEBRATION:
To allow everyone to be fully present as we celebrate, our wedding day will be an unplugged experience. Phones will be safely collected prior to the ceremony.
Phones will remain accessible to guests at any time if needed and will be returned at the end of the evening. Thank you for helping us create an intimate and meaningful celebration.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
The venue is right on the beautiful lake. Our ceremony will take place outside on grass, with an indoor/outdoor reception to follow.
Average temperature in late June is mid-upper 70s with the evenings being in the 50s. We recommend packing a layer for the evening.
Shuttle transportation will be provided back to the resort starting at 8:30 PM
Saturday, June 27
Join us for a casual, optional pool day at the resort.
No set schedule - just one last chance to celebrate together and swap stories from the night before!
Demetrius sent his friend to tell Carsen, “My friend thinks you’re pretty.” The rest… well, it’s a LONG story. 😉
TRAVEL
Getting In
The Spokane Airport (GEG) is the nearest airport. You can expect a straight 40 min drive to the resort.
The resort also offers transportation from GEG starting at $45 PP one-way.
Getting Around
Uber/Lyft services as well as rental cars are available from the airport and in the Coeur d’Alene (CDA) area. Ride-share availability is generally reliable, but we recommend allowing a bit of extra time during peak travel hours.
The CDA resort is around the corner from downtown CDA, so it’s very walkable to shopping, coffee, restaurants and more!

Coeur d’Alene is a very popular summer destination - we strongly encourage guests to book early!
