  • We kindly ask that all guests arrive at the venue by 3:40 PM.

    We are excited to provide cruise boat transportation to the venue. Boarding will begin at 2:45 PM, with departure at 3:15 PM. More details here.

  • Yes - To allow everyone to be fully present, our wedding day will be an unplugged celebration. Phones and cameras will be safely collected prior to the ceremony.

    Phones will remain accessible to guests at any time if needed and will be returned at the end of the evening.

  • We recommend arriving by Thursday morning or early afternoon so you can join us for the full weekend of events. Most guests will head home on Sunday.

    Wedding Party will receive a separate schedule & details.

  • The wedding venue is the Hagadone Event Center.

    All weekend celebrations will take place in and around the Coeur d’Alene Resort.

  • The nearest airport is Spokane International (GEG), a 40min drive from Coeur d’Alene.

    You can rent a car, Uber/Lyft OR use the provided transportation at the CDA Resort.

  • Our ceremony will be outdoors, (weather permitting), with an indoor/outdoor reception to follow.

  • Only our ceremony will take place on grass. Ladies, you may want to consider this when choosing your shoes!

  • Yes! Shuttle transportation will be provided back to the resort beginning at 8:30 PM.

  • Wedding Day: Formal attire - think elegant evening wedding guest attire

  • We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invite will be made out to “YOUR NAME & Guest”) if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!

  • Spokane International Airport (GEG) is the closest.

  • We’ll have a room block at the Coeur d’Alene Resort and the Springhill Suites.

  • We love your little ones, but we’re planning an adults-only weekend so everyone can relax and celebrate.

  • We’re having an unplugged wedding - no phones or cameras, please.

  • Saturday’s pool day is not a hosted event. It’s a casual, optional opportunity to relax and spend time together at the resort. Guests are welcome to join as they please, and we’ll see where the day takes us!

  • Yes - parking is available at the venue for guests who choose to drive.

    However, we encourage guests to arrive via the provided boat transportation.

  • Usually sunny and warm! Mid-upper 70s with cooler evenings by the lake. Bring a jacket or wrap for the nights!

  • If you miss the boat, you may drive or use Uber/Lyft. Parking is available at the venue, but please allow extra time due to the security gate.
